Responsibilities:
· Dealing with HNI Clients.
. Recruiting Business Associates (Partners) as well as Financial Advisors.
· Giving Product & Sales training to the CDAs and their Advisors
· Reporting the daily target achievement to Branch Manager.
· Responsible for the performance of an independent branch.
· Enhanced the availability in key outlets and attained an increase in the sales volume on a yearly basis.
· Achievement of set targets within the allocated budgets.
Package: 4lcs p.a. + more than 50K Reimbursement + incentives
Could go up to 5lacs p.a. in total
