Market Research Support Role

Working Document to Aid Person and Job Specification for Additional Market Insight Resource Based in Noida Office, India
Objective of additional resource
The objective of providing the Market Insight function with additional resources located in India is to provide extra bandwidth that can carry out routine data collection; data manipulation; and basic commentary and analysis. The reallocating of this work will enable the current Market Analyst to focus on providing in-depth analysis on trends; providing value add insight into the market, clients and competitors; managing market and competitor research activities to provide CPA with market knowledge and PR and thought leadership opportunities; and raising the profile of Market Insight within CPA by providing pertinent information about the aforementioned topics in easily digestible formats to all levels of the organization.
Principle duties
Summaries and basic analyses to the business on the following subject matter:
· IP
· LPO
· Competitors
· CPA Press Activity
· Areas of discussion within relevant publications
These summaries will initially be in the format of weekly emails, to be replaced by publication of articles on the intranet
Production of monthly M&A reports
Production of monthly shareholder reports
Production of intelligence succinct dashboards for key clients and sales prospects
Support the creation of annual market and competitor overview reports for all services and all regions.
Additional duties (as required)
To aid in the locating of new data sources for use in CPA desk research.
Assist the Market Analyst in major research and analysis projects.
