HEAD OF OPERATIONS (CHENNAI, INDIA)
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in setting up India operations for a foreign software company.
• Experience in operating such (or be closely operating such a set up, or associated with)
• Experience in recruitment of s/w professionals
• Should have managed an IT business unit of 50+ individuals, working on complex, higher value added processes.
• Experience in corporate planning as well as roll-out of wide-spanning initiatives across an organization
• Should have experience in the Offshore- Onsite business model.
• Leadership role in special projects or new product or initiative launches spanning multiple functions and with at least 50 employees reporting to the candidate, directly or indirectly
• Besides people management, experience should encompass process definition process improvement, use of IT to enhance /automate processes
• Business Development.
• Experience of 8 – 10 years in a similar position.
This Role would be a blend of Planning & Strategy, Operations management, Process management, Delivery Management, People and performance management, and managing multiple high-end processes
