Description Should have held position of Dy manager with at least 7-8 yrs experience in R&D in preferably Ceramic industry . Should be well versed in Complete testing of Ceramics inputs & products & testing stds' should have some unique R&D work attributed to himself, should have published some papers on the subject relevant to his industrial experience in Tech Journals May have been involved with large Testing Labs like CGCRI, etc
