We have got some urgent openings for the position of Agency Manager/ Assistant Manager with one of the Life Insurance Company.
Positions are based at Different Location of Maharashtra (Pune, Jalgaon, Karad, Baramati, Ichalkaranji, Latur, Naskik, Jalgaon, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalna, Sangamnare)
Key Responsibilities :
He/she will be responsible for recruiting / appointing a team of life insurance agents/advisors through his own social contacts/circle. He has to drive the business through them.
These agents will be working purely on commission basis while he/she will be on company rolls.
Desired profile
He/She must be a graduate with the experience of 2 to 5 years in direct sales/retail sales, marketing and business development etc.
The person must have local experience for a minimum period of 1 year or more and must have
good social circle/contacts in the stated location Maharashtra.
Candidates from retail sector, pharma industry, banking (dsa/dst), telecom, office automation industry will be preferred.
Remuneration is best in the industry.
