Job Profile:
The candidate will work on a large Learning Management System (LMS) application for a MNC from their Pune office. The job profile entails providing technical support on the application to all the users through email and voice. The job would also require the candidates to customize the system, interact with Users / Management team, Technical teams, and provide reports and analysis periodically.
Qualification:
Graduate BSc / BCS / BCA / MCA / MCS
Basic Computer knowledge, programming knowledge must
Good communication skills
Good analytical skills
