Skills:
• Experience with PeopleSoft V8.x or V9
• Student Admin / Campus solutions experience preferable
• Hands on development experience within PeopleSoft
(Peopletools, Peoplecode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR)
• Experience in functional knowledge in the following areas
- Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Student Campus Community
- Student Records
- Student Financials & Financial Aid
- Student Academic Advisement
• Excellent communication skills
- Implementing PeopleSoft solutions and other projects
- Evaluating customer’s business needs, thus contributing to strategic planning of business systems and directions
- Being accountable for defined work assignments/projects often involving immediate action or short term planning of human and other resources
- Planning and coordinating resources necessary to complete project implementation and assisting in preparation of major sales proposals
- Liaising with major customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed solutions or products.
- Preparation of workplan and transition plan
- Prepare and conduct workshops and Conference Room Pilots
- Prepare and deliver Training to users
