Technical skills:
Java 5, EJB 3, JSF, Rich Faces, AJAX, Hibernate, JBoss, Linux, SQL Server,mySQL
Development Life Cycle experience, Object Orientation, Web development frameworks
Seniors must have architecture experience, design patterns, exposure to other web development
frameworks (Struts, Spring, etc.)

Note: We are looking at that match at least 90% of the skill set
