The candidate should relish challenges and should be willing to take independent initiatives in developing the Human Capital practice in Kuwait and elsewhere in the Middle East, if reqd. As a part of the service line, the candidate may also get exposure to consulting opportunities in the business process, technology and risk consulting domains.
Basic requirements:
MBA, preferably specialized in HR from a leading business school
4 - 8 years of relevant work experience and proven track with reputed organizations
Minimum 2 years in Consultancy/Advisory role within HR Consulting firms or any Bluechip companies.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Bilinguals prefered.
Some of the areas, the candidate should have had exposure to include: organization and HR strategy; organization design/structuring and job structuring including job evaluations; compensation and benefits structuring; performance management systems, career and succession planning; competency development and assessment centers; HR automation and ERP; Training and Development; change management; and leadership development.
Candidates with good industry background in Financial Services (Banking/Investment Cos) or Oil & Gas will be preferred.
