5. Final preparation
a. Cut over strategy
b. Checks before go-live
c. Thumb rules for assessing user readiness
6. Post go-live support
7. Issues faced and strategies used to stabilize the system
8. Checks and controls used for assessing system stabilization
9. Client Management
10. Team Management
