Technologies Required : Java, JSP, Servlets
Database : Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g - PLSQL.
Knowledge of PLSQL is a must.
Websphere would be an added advantage.
Experience : 5 months to 2 years
CTC : Negotiable
Candidate would be doing level 2 support i.e. Handling calls escalated by Helpdesk Team.
Resolving Production Issues.
Work on the CR's raised by the users.
