Customer Facing Tools Development: Job Description
Essential Functions:
Learn the technical implementation of various ASUP/CFT tools and solutions offered. Work closely with CFT team (at) NB and various cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of various products/tools. Resolve issues by providing short-term fixes or patches as well as longer term fixes. Provide sustaining support to current shipping tools and solutions, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsible for meeting deliverables and deadlines to ensure new programs remain on schedule, while delivering high quality results.
Requirements:
New College Grad and/or 1 year experienceHas demonstrated the successful completion of multiple complex technical tasksProgramming knowledge in Perl or C or C++ or JavaShould be highly motivated and willing to doing programming in PERL, Shell etc.UNIX/Linux environment programming experienceExcellent analytical, problem solving and communication (written and verbal) skills requiredKnowledge of SLDCUnderstands standard engineering principles, concepts and techniques.
