A New York, USA based company is looking for "Helpdesk Support Engineers" for its Islamabad, Pakistan office. Successful candidate must meet following criteria:
1. Perfect spoken English with US or British accent. If you don’t meet this requirement, please don’t apply. Good written English skills are also required.
2. Helpdesk and remote desktop support experience using remote desktop support tools required. Some example desktop issues would be password resets, email issues, lost/missing files and application issue.
3. Familiarity with Windows servers' roles such as Active Directory, Exchange, IIS and File Server.
