Support Engineers. (Lahore/ Islamabad/ Karachi)
An Engineer for Supporting Devices and Managing Messaging Servers related with Mobile Communications Division.
• Industry Experience
• At least Graduate/ Master in IT/ Computer Science
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations at customer's end
• Hands on/ Technical Knowledge of Messaging systems is a must
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino Administration shall be highly preferred
• Training will be provided.
Help Desk Officers. (Lahore)
• At least Graduate/ Master in IT/ Computer Science
• Strong Communication Skills
• Candidates, who are able to communicate in a clear, pleasant, patient and confident manner.
• Ability to handle difficult situations at customer's end.
• Experience in Call Centre environment shall be highly preferred
• Training will be provided.
