1. Carry two copies of your Resume and Photo copy of your certificates one PP Photo.
Interview Process:
1. Self introduction Round
2. Voice and Accent Round
3. Aptitude Test (20 Questions grammar based, 10 Questions tech based)
4. Final HR

salary package
• Fresher -
o 1.80 lac (engineering graduates) + Shift All + Incentives
o 1.62 lac (non-engg graduates) + Shift All + Incentives
• Experienced
o depends upon the exp. + Shift All + Incentives
o 20% hike in current CTC + Shift All + Incentives
• Apart from salary night shift allowances will be provided
• For working in Saturdays and Sundays INR 800 will be paid per day
• Medical allowance per annum is INR 1.2 lac (excluding salary package)
• ASPIRE -The program for HCL BPO employees to get into HCL Technologies.
