We are conducting a walk-in to identify Technical Support- Intern and the technical test is scheduled on Saturday (8th March, 2008) starting from @ 10 am, hence request you to report by 11 am.
This position will have the opportunity to work on highly complex product lines from BMC India- PUNE (pls refer the Job Description attached below). Thus, this is an enormous and extremely satisfying role for you.

Special Duties/Job Function:
• Responsible for technical support BMC products. Support is provided via telephone and electronic mail communications to BMC customers, business partners, professional services, and software consultants.
• Work closely with the Development, QA, and Technical Publications teams to resolve customer issues and effect product enhancements. Will work under direction of experienced TSAs and manager.

Technical Skills:
• Intermediate Knowledge in Windows or UNIX platform or Database.
Desired Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline (Exception: Medicine and Legal)
• Excellent communications skills a MUST- (verbal and written)
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Candidate will be working in NIGHT SHIFT only (Candidate will be eligible for food & transportation
