As a consultant within the Care Delivery BAP you will be responsible for understanding the strategic direction, priorities, and needs of our business partners. With this understanding, you will design and facilitate IT based solutions that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to Kaiser Permanente?s National Systems Strategy. Solutions may be internally developed, vendor supplied or a combination of each. Our work is performed within the framework of Kaiser Permanente?s Solution Delivery Lifecycle known as CDP (Comprehensive Delivery Process).

Must have strong background & demonstrated ability to provide design and architectural solution in Health Care & Medical Billing areana

1. Systems Analyst skills
2. Consulting Skills-Good communication, ability to work with all levels of the organization.
3. Healthcare Insurance experience (revenue cycle).
