(Week days as well as Weekend support)
Job Overview

Responsibilities
• Provide 1st level response to all incoming support cases, resolving less complicated cases, organizing details for more complex cases that require escalation to a Sr. CSR & providing quality, timely updates to customers.
• Collect & organize enhancement requests to initiate the development of new features.
• Scheduling involves 2 months of night shift, 1 month day shift.
Skill Sets
• Communication; would not only be email, but physical meetings with the Sr. CSR’s, Development teams & PM team to ensure issues are being resolved.
• The candidate should be internet-savvy with exceptional verbal and written skills who poses a talent for communicating with customers.
Qualification & Experience
• Freshers from university who have achieved a degree in BSc or BA.
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate the ability to answer cases received on a day to day basis.
• The candidate should look at a long-term career path.
• He/She will be assigned to an alternating Day/evening shift.
Skill Sets
• Should have a high technical background in a high volume call centre or helpdesk environment.
Qualification & Experience
• Graduates with 3 years of experience in technical support call center need only apply.
