eLearning Professionals required in Pune

Hi -
We are a start-up company CrediPoint Solutions based in Pune, India, specializing in eLearning Content Development, LMS Administration and Consulting, and Testing.

CrediPoint is currently looking for Part-Time / Full-Time / Freelance - Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Programmers with the below mentioned profile –

• Instructional Designers:
o Knowledge of Instructional Theories like, Gagne’s Events, Ruth Clark’s principles, Kirkpatrick model, etc.
o Should have strong communication skills
o Should posses excellent creative skills Instructional Design certification from a reputed institute is desirable

• Graphic Designers:
o Should have good design skills in developing GUIs and Layouts for eLearning courses
o Should have good visualization skills
o Should have strong expertise in the following tools –
o Adobe Flash
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Dreamweaver
o Sony SoundForge
o Knowledge of illustration and 3D will be an added advantage
o Good communications and comprehension skills is preferred

• Programmers:
o Should have strong aptitude and logical skills
o Should have strong expertise in –
o Object Oriented Design Concepts
o Flash Actionscript 1.0 and 2.0
o XML
o JavaScript
o eLearning standards (AICC, SCORM)
o Knowledge and experience of PHP, ASP.Net, JSP will be preferred
o Knowledge of Learning Management Systems will be an added advantage
