Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA
Experience : 2-4 years in a similar profile
Job Description :
• Define processes based on business requirements and also based on quality models / standards
• Provide process consulting to projects / assist projects in process tailoring
• Conduct / drive internal audits and identify project risks and issues
• Assist in closure of NCs. Analyze NCs to identify root cause(s) and drive systemic actions to eliminate such root cause(s)
• Conduct process trainings
• Carry out metrics analysis
• Be a partner to projects throughout the project life cycle (From kick-off to closure) and educate / mentor project team members to ensure process compliance / effectiveness
• Drive continuous process improvements within the assigned Delivery Units
