They are currently looking for the following positions to be filled ASAP.
1. Lead Analyst (4-6 Yrs)
Job Description
Analyzing the business requirements and converting them into Technical or Functional requirements as a team member
Coding, testing and documenting programs. Tasks are executed as per specifications within different projects / functional areas
Guide and mentor the team in technical areas, helping them in designing complex queries and reports
Carry out and review important technical documents, designs etc.
Creating the test cases, test datasets.
Share his technical knowledge among and across the team
Assisting PM / PL with technical details / decisions.
Mentoring SA’s team members in technical areas/decisions.
Coordination with onsite team members on gap analysis, communication, planning and issues.
Requirements
Good academic background
Core application development experience on MAINFRAME platform, especially, COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM and JCL.
Exposure to Easytrieve, REXX is desired.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
Knowledge in Financial domain is desired.
Good communication skills
The Individual
4 – 6 years of pure application development on MAINFRAME platform
B.E / B.Tech. / MCA / MSc equivalent
2. Project Lead (7 Yrs – 9 Yrs)
Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for leading and executing a project / module within a project from a technical / functional perspective. The role holds the primary responsibility for successful and timely execution of projects.
Communicate project objectives and end-user requirements to the team based on inputs obtained from the Project Manager.
Manage quality and risk throughout the lifecycle of the projects, keeping in mind IDC defined standards.
Build awareness of all the project complexities, technical and human factors.
To manage Risk and issues, assumptions, dependency and constraints of the project / module of the project. Assisting PM in Project Planning, Control and Closing.
Requirements
Good academic background
Core MAINFRAME development experience in areas of COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL.
Good exposure to Easytrieve, REXX is desired.
Expertise in SDLC methodologies.
At least 2 years experience in technical leadership role on MAINFRAME platform.
Exposure to Project Management methodologies.
Experience in Financial domain is desired.
Good communication skills
The Individual
7+ years of pure application design & development on MAINFRAME platform & 2 + years of leading projects from a design/technical perspective B.E / B.Tech / MCA /MSc equivalent
