o At least 1 HR implementation project experience for Indian clients
o Hands on in the areas of PA, OM, PD & ESS
o Overview on HR ABAP & Workflow preferable
o Knowledge in Enterprise Portals preferable
o Good communication skills & Customer facing skills
o Years of Exp: At least 3yrs in SAP HR
o Education - MBA/PGDHRM
