Bringing a combination of Business Management and development, this professional has 8+ years of experience in heading the organization. Experience or thorough knowledge in the IT industry and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
Sennovate, an IT professional services company, is located in Schaumburg, Illinois and in Salem, India. We specialize in database, ERP and Middleware management solutions. Our services are in great demand and we are in growth mode looking for a results-oriented leader to join our team.
This person should be able to understand company's vision and mission, develop strategy, derive plan and execute them. This person should help build our Indian operations. He/she shall be working from our Salem, India office initially.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* 8+ years management experience
* Bachelor's degree is preferred. Masters in Business Administration is a plus
* Excellent communication, responsiveness, presentation and interpersonal skills (Samples required)
* Experience or Knowledge in Information Technology and trends
* Knowledge about the databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, Peoplesoft etc) is a plus
* Should have managed business and people in India
* Person should be innovative in executing and getting things done irrespective of what it takes. In other words he/she should be a go getter.
* Experience in business development in India or abroad.
* Experience in heading a profit center and managing own P&L
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong time management and organization skills
* Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and team spirit
* Highly self-motivated
* Expected start date: ASAP
