(EXPERIENCED) Software Engineer web2.0 Java/J2EE technology requirement for AksaTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd - Bangalore
Web 2.0 project initiative looking for a SW Engineer with a can-do attitude and a hunger for growth.
The selected candidate will work on the development of new software products using web2.0 Java/J2EE technology. The selected candidate will be a hands-on participant (based on experience) in all parts of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis, to design, programming, implementation and release. Qualified applicants must have strong JAVA development skills and be capable of working in a fast paced/team-oriented development environment.
The requirements for the position include: a minimum of 2 years of software development experience strong skills on
- AJAX, JSF, PYTHON
- semantically valid XHTML and HTML markup
- Release management experience utilizing CVS, svn, etc.
- folksonomies (in the form of tags or tagclouds)
- Cascading Style Sheets to aid in the separation of presentation and content
- REST and/or XML- and/or JSON-based APIs
- syndication, aggregation and notification of data in RSS or Atom feeds
- mashups, merging content from different sources, client- and server-side
- weblog-publishing tools
- wiki or forum software, etc., to support user-generated content
- Ability to work proficiently in a Unix/Linux environment
- Oracle DB experience
- excellent communication and presentation skills and the
- ability to meet schedule commitments and deadlines.
