1. Degree in Engineering with at least 5-7 years relevant experience or in a competitive service industry or related field.
2. Well developed oral and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills to both internal and external customers.
3. Team player with exceptional qualities to work with teams on the ground.
4. Ability to work with all levels of staff.
5. Substantial exposure to fast-paced, complex and rapid-growth environment.
6. Possess an extremely high level of integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Good knowledge of Fire & Security systems and products.
