This is Neha from ResourceCreators, Recruitment Firm, we have an urgent opening for the post of Sr. Executive - Technical Trainer with one of the leading BPO Company, Okhla Road, Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria is as following:
a) Graduate (preferably Science) with minimum of 3 Years experience in BPO Sector in
a Tech Helpdesk Process.
b) At least 1.5 Years of calling experience in the above role.
c) Minimum one year at a SME/Trainer Level.
d) Some Degree/Diploma in Computers.
e) Excellent Communication skills and Delivery Skills.
f) xcellent knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software including various
Windows OS and Peripheral devices.
h) Proficiency in MS Office applications, like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
