Job Description:
Common Core Skills --
• Strong fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented Paradigms, Design Patterns
• Experience on UML based design / design tools
• Knowledge on open-source tools, automated testing, agile methodology
• Awareness of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Investment Banking experience will make the difference
• Strong fundamentals in Core Java/Advanced Java.
• Server-side application programming
• Hands on experience in areas of high level and low level designing/sequence diagrams/activity diagrams/ Use cases designing/POC' etc . Must have used Rational rose
• Knowledge of database programming
Technology / Leadership / Methodology
• Evaluate technologies, tools and techniques; provide recommendations and roadmaps
Open Source, proposals, automated testing
• Suggest architecture and conceptualize technical design from problem definition
Design patterns, UML, Service Oriented Architecture
• Consistency with global IT architecture strategy
• Provide technical leadership in problem resolution
• Guide competency development initiatives and mentor potential architects
Training, workshops
• Maintain synergy and enthusiasm within virtual team(s)
