Excellent in ASP.net. (Mandatory)
Good OOPs concepts.(Mandatory)
Language - C# (Mandatory)
Database: RDBMS concepts, Sql Queries, DB Design (preferably Sql Server).
Familiarity with MS APPs blocks.
