Experience : 2 - 5 Years
Desired : Able to understand requirements (both business designs and technical designs) clearly and provide effective solutions both on the technology (Â COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
Strong Development skills in , DB2, COBOL/CICS)
Should be able to own up new initiatives on the technical front
1.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a programmer in COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
Excellent logical & analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills
Client Interfacing skills.
Should be a good team player
