Job Description
Java Lead Analyst (4-6 Yrs)
The incumbent is primarily responsible for :
Analyzing the business requirements and converting them into Technical or Functional requirements as a team member Coding, testing and documenting programs.
Tasks are executed as per specifications within different projects / functional areas
Guide and mentor the team in technical areas, helping them in designing complex queries and reports
Carry out and review important technical documents, designs etc.
Creating the test cases, test datasets.
Share his technical knowledge among and across the team. Assisting PM / PL with technical details / decisions. Mentoring SA’s team members in technical areas/decisions.
Coordination with onsite team members on gap analysis, communication, planning and issues.
Requirements
Good academic background
Core java expertise Good exposure to Struts framework Preferable if knowledge of Springs, Hibernate etc
Knowledge of various design patterns (Must to have)
Good communication skills
The Individual 4 – 6 years of experience
B.E / B.Tech. / MCA equivalent
