Position Title: Head -Legal Support Services - India
Location: Gurgaon

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Head Operations : Establish and manage the India Operations
2. Overall accountability for deliverables: Overall responsibility of managing & implementation of company’s strategy in Legal Support Services which includes Litigation Support, Document Review, EDiscovery, Contract Drafting, Legal Research . Would be responsible to coordinate and work closely with the management team at Offshore to ensure processes and service levels are implemented and managed as designed.
3. Evolve and implement strategies relating to operations : Serve as a client liaison and practice leader ensuring all services defined, developed and implemented meet the business objectives
4. Responsibilities include projecting transaction volume and planning for sufficient capacity to meet service requirements at an optimal efficiency.
5. Evolve and implement strategies relating to operations: Manage process performance on productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics.
6. Set and excel standards for timely delivery and consistent quality: Conduct quality projects as part of the development plan; evaluate process against benchmarks from high – performing organizations.
7. Analyze and communicate key supplier performance for corrective actions.
8. Constantly monitor and optimize costs : Managing transition of processes and functions
9. Ensure adequate infrastructure for smooth operations: Thorough understanding of company’s systems utilized in India in relation with customers’ requirement in line with service level agreements.
10. People Management ( Large Team)

KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Motivating staff to exceed quality and quantity measures.
2. Assist staff in developing the skills to take on new and more complex career opportunities
3. Set examples of services quality, professionalism, cost effectiveness, creativity and integrity to create a positive environment to the workforce.
4. Ensuring staff receiving adequate training to meet their job requirements plus opportunities for career advancement and is continually provided with necessary tools to enhance their performance.
5. Ensuring policies are followed consistently with the overall company policies.
6. Identifying and developing system and process improvement to decrease costs and enhance service levels.
7. Capacity Management: Coordinating closely with management in, developing methods to track performance and capacity to deal with work volume volatility.
8. Employee Relations Catalyst: To inculcate and manage company’s culture and quality service standards throughout the workforce.
9. Promoting a continuous improvement culture with the workforce via training, process changes, structural changes, to make each process best practice at any point of time.
10. Client Relations: Ensure related customers’ services levels are consistently achieved or exceeded that provides cost and service advantages.
