Job Title: Senior Specialist
Role: Marketing channel administration
Reporting To: Senior Manager

Principal Purpose of the Job:
This is a responsible position in the organization wherein the incumbent would be maintaining and supporting different marketing channels primarily including online channels such as blogs. The role would entail working in a team and providing support for various tasks such as regular tracking of relevant websites, content editing and copy writing, website monitoring and analysis of collated data, and working with senior executives within the company to help develop content.
Main Accountabilities:
Assistance in content development
Content editing and iteration of drafts
Assistance in gathering market intelligence
Regular perusal of news sources, websites, blogs, Google alerts, etc
Preparation of periodic digests for review of senior executives
Working with product and service lines owners and global marketing teams
Conducting market research, formulating industry opinion and authoring reports
Followup with identified leaders/experts within CPA for blog posts
Tracking of visitors and analysis/collation of results
Other Responsibilities:
General
Help conduct market research wherever deemed appropriate
Help prepare marketing material for internal and external audiences
Understand both internal and external marketing requirements and provide and implement ideas for improvement
Handle any other reasonable task as specified by management
Skills/ Experience Required:
Have a couple of years of copywriting experience
A degree with majors in English; law degree would be a good plus
Copywriting experience for online media would be preferable but not necessary
Should be able to conduct external research to keep a tab on related offerings from other players in the industry
Must have good Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point & Internet
Good secondary research skills
Excellent communication skills (written as well as verbal)
Attitude to learn, Adaptable, flexible; should be a team player.
