Job Title: Product MI Analyst
Location: Gurgaon
Overview
This is a key role in supporting the Product Management function across CPA. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, it is responsible for providing key Management Information to the Product Managers across CPA to support them in their day-to-day and strategic product management responsibilities. The role requires regular production of timely, accurate, appropriate and user-friendly management information by extracting complex information from multiple systems and data sources. This role requires working closely with product managers, operational heads, IS, finance and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
To be responsible for the production of timely, accurate, appropriate and user-friendly management information.
To collate key product management data for all product and client areas of CPA, including financial (income, cost, margin, trend data), volume, book value and sales data.
To work with each product manager to develop the requirements and implement a useable “dashboard” for product management, providing the business with a month on month “snapshot” view of the product’s performance, whist allowing for a deeper dive down into the data as necessary.
Review, monitor and report key performance indicators.
Responsible for data accuracy and timely updates.
Production of monthly data reports for product managers to use with senior heads of business.
Assist in continually reviewing existing processes to maximise efficiency levels and seamlessly client delivery.
Responsible for data reconciliation.
Key experience necessary
Experience of extracting complex information from multiple systems and data sources.
Proven experience to deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
Experience of implementing a robust checking process for all information produced.
Experience of prioritising MI and ensure that the relevant data has been captured is also required.
Commercial experience in a similar role.
Professional/services experience desirable.
Experience of Performance Management measures and reporting methods, including KPIs, metrics, balance business scorecards essential.
Experience of working in a multi-product line, global business.
Experience of working in a matrix reporting environment.
Experience of working with / supporting product management an advantage.

Expert in MS Access and MS Excel
Advanced query writing skills into a number of different databases an advantage (e.g. SQL, Visual Basic)

Other requirements
Role located in India
Requirement to travel to the UK and the US.
Initial part of the role may require a 2-3 month period of working in UK
