Job Description
Translate the Business Requirements into IT Requirements by conducting workshops, meetings, interaction with focus groups and governance teams. Understand IT standards, associated document templates, processes, inter-group coordination and policies Gain an understanding of the system quickly and to a high level of quality. Creation of Overall Project Technical Documents with the help of team & Validation of Technical deliverables against GT Architecture & standards.
Requirements
Cobol, CICS,DB2, JCL skills File-Aid, Endevor, Expeditor tools Good Analytical and communication skills Good Technical Leadership and good in activities like High Level Design, System Testing, UAT and Implementation. Experience of Change Management
Responsibilities
• Good academic background
• Core MAINFRAME development experience in areas of COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL.
• Good exposure to Easytrieve, REXX is desired.
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies.
• At least 2 years experience in technical leadership role on MAINFRAME platform.
• Exposure to Project Management methodologies.
The Individual
6-8 years of experience in systems development involving mainframe technologies
B.E./B.Tech, MCA
