Job opening with a leading law firm
There is a job opening with a leading law firm- for the position of Sr Associate/Partner.
The openings are for Delhi and Mumbai offices.
For Delhi office:
The desired experience is 7 to 10 years: Experience in Infrastructure Projects, Corporate Commercial, FDI.
Experience should include:
1.Should have handled infrastructure development projects in various sectors such as power, roads, airports, SEZs, telecom, oil and gas sectors, etc. Should have experience in drafting Concession Agreements, EPC, O&M, Financing Contracts, bidding documents, PPP Projects, Bid Advisory etc.
2.Structuring of joint ventures,Dealing with foreign investment issues including dealing with RBI, FIPB, SIA, negotiating JV, technology licensing, transfer and related agreements.
For Mumbai office:
7 to 10 years Experience: Capital markets, M&A, Pvt. Equity, Banking and Finance, Corporate Commercial, FDI and Infrastructure Projects.
Should have led transactions related to Capital Markets, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, Corporate Commercial and FDI,Advising on SEBI,Structuing of Joint ventures and focussed funds.
And drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, share acquisition and subscription agreements etc.
