HR Executive positions for one of the leading companies in the Indian retail industry.
Only Female, unmarried Candidates can apply.
Preferred Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate / Post Graduate diploma / MBA in HR.
Preferred industry: Retail
Experience: 1-3 years in Generalist profile in reputed company (experience in consultancy is not acceptable).
Salary Offered: Maximum 3.0 Lacs PA for HO / 2.0 Lacs PA for Store
Locations & No of positions open: Santacruz - Head Office(1) & Bandra – Store(1).
Reporting to : Asst. Manager - HR & Admin.
Joining Date : As soon As possible ( VERY URGENT REQUIREMENT )
First Interview by : Asst. Manager - HR & Admin
Final Interview by : GM - HR & Admin.
Job Profile :
1. she should be responsible for recruitments, training, performance Management at Store / HO level.
2. she should be responsible for all Administration & statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity Calculation etc. along with Joining formalities, Exit Formalities.
3. She will be responsible for all Employee engagement activities inside the store / HO.
4. she should be able to generate Pay roll inputs ( Attendance records, Advances. Leave cards etc ) for the store / HO .
5. she should be have excellent communication skills with pleasing personality.
6. she is overall responsible for HR & Administration issues happening in store / HO.
Overall she should have prior experience in Generalist Role in HR & Admin.
