Experience Criteria Must be familiar with Capital Market industry and Commodity Futures with indepth knowledge of SEBI, FMC and Exchange Rules and Regulations. Experience in handling legal matters and in conforming to the compliance requirements of an Equity Brokerage.

To ensure the compliance of all the rules and regulations and other legal provisions applicable to the organization as meted out by the regulatory bodies with regard to the Capital Market, Commodity Market and other segments pertaining to the organization.
Drafting of legal documents and agreements.
Preparation & filing regulatory reports will be an added advantage.
