Job Description: J2EE Project Lead
Role: Project Lead for J2EE Project
Project: US project, part of a huge system being written in J2EE
Technical Requirements:
1. Strong focus on Business rules, and NOT on front end.
2. Strong on multi tiered application including EJB Session Beans and EJB Patterns like Business Delegate, Session Façade, Service Locator etc.
3. Exposure to Rational Application Developer (RAD)
4. ORM using iBatis/Hibernate is good to have
5. Exposure to Spring is good to have.
Other Skills
1. Must have lead a team of 5-10 persons
2. Must have designed J2EE projects technically in the last 2 years
Experience of 6-9 years on quality projects using above technologies.
Must have good communication skills in English
Salary Range – 7 - 10 lacs
Joining: Max join in 15 days, otherwise ASAP.
