Job Profile :
• Carrying revenue figures for one or more major client engagements in IMS
• Developing existing relationships, by expanding business offerings to the client. • Being the Single point of contact for customers on all project delivery and technology aspects from our client thereby providing and implementing innovation and value driven ideas to increase the depth and relevance of the engagement
• Handling multiple transactions in a multi tasking mode
• The Customer satisfaction and Employee satisfaction in the engagement
Candidate Profile :
• 10+ years of experience with atleast 4 years experience in Account /Relationship Management
• Extensive experience in handling accounts in the IMS Domain
• People Management experience
• Excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
