CANDIDATE:
We are looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Manager.
He/She will be responsible for managing sales efforts and teams across NCR.
S/he will also be responsible for developing, executing and tracking the strategic sales plan.
The candidate should be strongly motivated by the opportunity to take our institutional business to next level.
S/he must have deep experience in managing sales in a B2B set up and must have displayed ability to manage teams across cities to meet aggressive revenue numbers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of a strategic sales plan and budget.
Recruit and manage sales team to meet aggressive revenue numbers.
Build and drive core sales capabilities in the region to achieve revenue targets.
Providing strategic leadership to the Branch Managers and teams working in the region.
Ensure expansion of Customer Base in the region and optimally utilize the infrastructure. Have an oversight on lead generation program to ensure robust pipeline for sales teams; also devise and execute the strategy for deploying online brand shops for organizations as an effective tool for lead generation.
Have an oversight on client servicing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify branch locations; execute real-estate selection, procurement, and development.
Work closely with national and regional leadership team to assess, track and modify strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an MBA with Sales/Marketing as major from a top B-school.
7+ years experience in sales and marketing roles in a B2B set up.
Experience in managing sales teams across cities.
Must possess keen organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to interview, present and communicate effectively.
Salary : 9 Lacs to 12 Lacs
