Job description
The selected candidates will work in the "Application Help Desk" and support Bonfiglioli Group world-wide users to use SAP transactions at their best. He/she will learn R/3 transactions in Bonfiglioli Group and handle: customizing, data migration, unit test, transport request; Infopak documentation; anomalies analysis, solution, escalation, OSS notes application.
Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, transactions, data bases, customizing, data migration tool (LSMW), queries. Basic knowledge of Abap, NetWeaver, XI, Java.
Skills and attitude
Problem-solving and teamworking attitude. Good analytical and communication skills (fluent in English). Willing to travel (also abroad).
Background
At least 3 years experience in manufacturing and/or service firms, with exposure in application help desk service at international level.
Optional plus points
IT or Engineering degrees. Knowledge of Italian or other European languages.

System Engineers (SAP Environment)
Job description
The selected candidates will provide the following services to the world-wide ICT network of Bonfiglioli Group: Ensure regular functioning of ICT infrastructure (Server, PC, Network, Firewall, router, etc); Ensure the regular execution of SAP jobs; support Corporate System Engineers in the management and ehnancement of Bonfiglioli ICT world-wide infrastructure.
Knowledge
SAP Landscape, Solution Manager and basic. Installation methods for Sap Support packages. TCP/IP.
Skills and attitude
Problem-solving and teamworking attitude. Good analytical and communication skills (fluent in English). Willing to travel (also abroad).
Background
Two years experience in international business environments with exposure in SAP.
Optional plus points
Knowledge of Italian or other European languages. Knowledge of Windows server/client environment, MOM, SMS, AS400.

The selected candidates will provide the following services to the world-wide ICT network of Bonfiglioli Group: Ensure regular functioning of ICT infrastructure (Server, PC, Network, Firewall, router, etc); Ensure the regular execution of SAP jobs; support Corporate System Engineers in the management and ehnancement of Bonfiglioli ICT world-wide infrastructure.
Knowledge
Windows server/client environment (Windows XP, Office, Exchange, MS-SQL). Active Directory. TCP/IP. MOM & SMS. Installation and updation methods of Microsoft products, Tivoli, Checkpoint and Websense.
Skills and attitude
Problem-solving and teamworking attitude. Good analytical and communication skills (fluent in English). Willing to travel (also abroad).
Background
Two years experience in international business environments with exposure in SAP.
Optional plus points
Knowledge of Italian or other European languages. Knowledge of SAP landscape, SAP Solution Manager.
