Product Manager

A young, dynamic medical devices startup company, based in Chandigarh, in partnership with world renowned research institutes and surgeons is launching a series of innovative medical devices products. With a vision to maximize the product value for patients globally, the company has developed a range of orthopaedic implants that it is going to launch in the Indian market and subsequently to other markets. The company is looking for energetic, young, experienced professionals who want to be part of a startup company with tremendous growth potential, participative work culture, and non-hierarchical organization

Job Description:
- P&L management.
- Brand management.
- Preparation of flipchart, literature and other promotional materials, key customer contacts for his/her brand.
- Market research & development activities.
- Formulating winning strategies for promoting products and Launching new products.
- Implementation of the strategies at the field level and continuously monitoring results.
- Training and supporting field personnel to translate strategies into actions.
- Assisting field personnel in implementing promotional activities and achieving sales targets.
- Sales analysis and forecasting.

Desired Profile:
Qualification: should be B. Pharm/B.Sc. and MBA (Marketing)
Experience: should have 3-5 yrs experience, preference will be given to the candidate having prior experience in Product management from a reputed Medical device company.
Other Skill:
-Good leadership skills and should be proactive
-Result oriented person
-Good communication and listening skills.
-Self motivated individual with demonstrated planning and analytical skills
Location: Chandigarh
