About Us
Founded in 1997 in the UK, Intec came into the market to sell interconnect billing system. With over 9 years in the telecom field, today Intec has over 1700 people in about 30 offices around the world areas including the Americas, EMEA, CALA and Asia Pacific. Intec has grown in the market both organically and by acquisitions with 2006 revenues exceeding $200 million. Intec is now one of the world’s largest telecom carriers and in total has over 400 satisfied customers. Major clientele include AT&T, Vodafone, Hutchinson, Reliance, Telstra and MTN.
Our products are developed, implemented and supported by over 1000 professional staff from all over the world. Our vision: “World’s best business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS) products, solutions and services, implemented anywhere in the world”.
We pride on being able to provide our clients with robust solutions that add value to their bottom lines and are value keys to their customer care and revenue generation. While most other companies provide their clients with service needs, we provide solutions for evolving needs, changing business environments and thus we bring constant value addition to our clients.
We develop, implement and support BSS/OSS for the majority of the world’s largest communications providers, including leaders in fixed, mobile and next-generation networks (ie, WLAN, 3G and IP). Independent Technology Systems India Private Limited - a subsidiary of Intec Telecom Systems PLC was incorporated on September 22, 2004. Intec India was established with the intent of providing services such as:

Training Programs
Our training programs are very specific to our product line. We ensure that all employees are trained and up to the mark on our products. We recognize the importance of this and are committed to providing our employees with the best education and training. We believe that our employees are the key to our success and in achieving our business objectives.

Product training sessions are class-room based and are taught by instructors dedicated to Intec Convergent Billing (Singl.eView). They begin each lesson by introducing concepts or terminology and demonstrating key functionality. Instructors then guide participants through exercises that allow them to practice and retain the new skills. The participant guide that Intec creates for each course includes overview information and then step-by-step exercise instructions. Intec instructors deliver classes in our modern training facilities in our Bangalore office.
