Required Skills/Knowledge
Candidate with 3-6 Years of working experience in a complex Network environment.
In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of IP Telephony and strong operating experience in the following areas: IP Telephony (Cisco Call Manager, Unity), Voice gateways and Gatekeepers.
Fair Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server including Windows 2000 and Windows 2003. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Good on troubleshooting network problems.
Working experience in Global environment would be an added advantage.
Excellent on verbal and written English communication.
Attitude to learn different technologies.
Good on Customer handling skills.
Candidate should be open for 24*7 environments.
