Responsibilities :
Capable of working with our global clients in the packaged applications space spread across ERP, CRM, SCM, BPM-EAI, HCM, BI and Billing domains
Partner with large global organizations to define, optimize and align their business and IT strategies
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend packages and products to suit customer requirements

Qualification : BE / MCA (Full Time) / CA / MBA(Full Time)

Experience/Skills :
For technical roles at least 2 years of IT experience is required and for functional roles at least 3 years of experience required for CAs/MBAs and 5 years of experience required for BEs/MCAs
Proficient in multiple modules of at least one packaged application and should have been through a complete life-cycle implementation of the same
Familiarity with business processes in one industry and thorough knowledge in a domain area, along with understanding and experience of business process modeling, blue printing and organizational change management to suit customer needs are essential
Excellent communication skills and Customer Interfacing skills
Relevant skills for Enterprise Solutions needs are:
