as per Six Sigma qulaity norms.(for you to match as per curosys implementation standards)
Company investing lakhs on each candidate and needs commitment from candidates so, we are
charging 1.30.000 for freshers ( salary between 7000 to 8.500)
for exp 1.50.000 (salary 12000 to 15000)

the concept of charging fees for training freshers and exp candidates can be understood to some extent.
however the under the table fees of 5k is not reasonable at all.
get hold of ur conscience man !!
