experience candidates for the position of IBM Technical Support Associate.
It is a 100% voice based Technical Support job .
Interview location: Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Eligibility:
Any Graduate (2008 pass outs as well), Diploma Holders (10+3 or 10+2+3)
Skills:
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
