ITD-GD delivers a complete spectrum of remotely managed infrastructure services to IBM's global clients.ITD-GD is hiring candidates (FRESHERS) with 0 to 18 months of experience for their End User Services Division.It is a 100% voice based Technical Support job role based out of Bangalore and Hyderabad only.
Eligibility: Any Graduate (2008 pass outs as well), Diploma Holders (10+3 or 10+2+3)
Skills:
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
• Must be willing to work in Shifts
