Opening in Gurgaon for Java Techincal Manager

Position details / requirement:
BE/BTech from top institutes pref. in CS but other streams are also welcome.
6-8 years of work experience with last 2-3yrs in lead / manager roles with sound technical management profile.
Should still be hands-on technical person who can mentor the team and manage the productivity .
Have a passion for building great software and take pride in the quality of your programming.
Strong background in Object-oriented design, implementation and Java.
Experience with SQL, Oracle, JDBC, application servers, JSP and servlets a plus
Good communication skills.
He will be responsible for managing a team involved designing and implementing a significant portion of our platform. Managing the team's productivity, release management, timely deliverable of projects / features, code-review, coding (as and when required), designing, architecting would KRAs of the role. You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled engineers involved in lot of designing, development and engineering of complex web platform.
