Should be able to run a training institute independently. Creating course material, selecting faculties and running day to day operations
He should good relationship with IT Industry to market the trained candidates.

Excellent Presentation skills
Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish develop and maintain professional
relationships with senior executives
Taking care of all the activities done at the center.
Focusing on getting the highest number of admissions,
Taking care of the manpower and infrastructure requirements of the center, has to lead/represent the center.
Manage front office operations, recruitment, training and ensure quality delivery of education.
Ability to plan and implement policies in a competitive environment is essential
Responsible for the overall operations of the Branch/ Centre
Will be responsible for Strategic Planning/Operations and setting up of Operations across the state
Organizing various brand building & brand awareness programs.
Planning of various marketing activities.
Recruitment and training of resources to achieve regional goals.
Manage team building and motivation activities.
